How we protect your account under these terms

Our Terms & Conditions set strict rules for how we handle your money, your personal data, and your account access.

Data encryption

All deposits and withdrawals are encrypted using SSL 256-bit security. Payment details are never stored on our servers after a transaction completes. Your account PIN is hashed and never visible to our staff.

Account verification

When you first deposit, we verify your identity using the name and bank account details you provide. Withdrawals above Rp 5,000,000 require additional verification to prevent fraud and comply with local regulations.

Dispute rights

If you report an unauthorized transaction or error within 14 days, we investigate and respond within 5 business days. Your account is protected while we review. Reversal or credit is processed once investigation concludes.

Data retention

We keep your account records for 3 years after you close your account, as required by Indonesian financial regulations. After that period, personal data is securely deleted unless legal obligation requires longer retention.

Privacy controls

You control what notifications we send and whether we use your email for marketing. Update your preferences in Settings > Privacy. You can opt out of all promotional contact at any time without affecting your account.

Yes. You tick a box confirming you've read and accept our Terms & Conditions during registration. You can read the full terms before you sign up. If you don't agree with any rule, you can choose not to register. Once your account is open, the terms are binding.

If we detect a breach — such as using a fake name, opening multiple accounts, or playing from a restricted region — we'll send you a warning message explaining the violation. You have 48 hours to respond. If the breach is serious or you don't respond, we may suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance.

We can update our terms to reflect changes in law, new payment methods, or security improvements. We'll email you a notice 30 days before any material change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, you can request account closure and withdraw your balance before the new terms apply.

We retain your account records for 3 years after closure to comply with Indonesian financial reporting laws. This includes transaction history, deposits, withdrawals, and your personal details. After 3 years, we securely delete all data unless we're legally required to keep it longer.

Contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction. Describe exactly what went wrong. We investigate and reply within 5 business days. If the transaction was reversed or blocked by your bank, we'll help trace it. If the dispute is valid, we reverse the charge or credit your account.

Deposits made through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed securely using SSL encryption. Your payment provider handles the transfer; we receive notification once the money reaches our merchant account. Once your balance appears in your wallet, it's yours to play with. Withdrawals are reverified to prevent fraud.

We confirm receipt within 2 hours and send you a complete copy of all personal data we hold within 10 business days, where local law permits. The file includes your registration details, transaction history, and communication records.
